been here already

But I just got done with day 4 of shred and I feel amazing today!! I got through ALL the cardio in Level 1 and *almost* all the strength! I did 10 pushups instead of the 2 that I could do when I first started! ROCKIN!

Good job! My push ups are so much better now. I switch it up and rotate the levels I do. I do level 2 or level and modify when needed.. Level 1 KILLS your legs with all the squats and lunges!
